The owner of the Toddy Tapper bar is Indika Silva, a bartender and entrepreneur who founded the Toddy Tapper bar in Cologne, Germany, in 2016. Indika Silva, who came to Germany from Sri Lanka, uses authentic Sri Lankan flavors and the spirit arrack to create the unique cocktail experience at Toddy Tapper.
